The son
of Alfred and Ester, of Providence Street, St Helier. Prior to the war,
he may have lived in Dumaresq Street, St Helier, and worked for Messrs
J Terry Brothers. His brother Alfred also served with the Jersey Company.
In March 1916, he trained as a sniper. Killed in action in August 1917 while serving as a runner at Frezenberg.
