The son
of Samuel and Mary, of Albert Street, St Helier. Prior to the war he
was married to Mabel, and lived at Greve D'Azette, St Helier before
the war.
Wounded in the fighting at Guillemont in September 1916 he was evacuated for treatment at Boscomber Military Hospital, Bournemouth. After returning to duty with the Jersey Company in 1917, he died in the fighting at Frezenberg in August that year.
