The son
of Alfred and Jane Minchington, of Coast(?) View, St Mary.
Served at the front with the Jersey Company through 1916 and into 1917 by which time he had been promoted to Sergeant. In April 1917 he fell ill and died at Hazebrouck on the 24th of that month.
